ORDER ISSUES & ELEGIBLITY

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. We gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

TIME WINDOW TO CONTACT US

You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date if there is a problem with your order. After 30 days, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

WHAT WE MAY ASK FOR

To review your claim, we may request: Clear photos of the item showing the issue (print error, damage, wrong item, etc.) and, when applicable, the packing slip or shipping label. Your order number and the email address used at checkout.

RESOLUTIONS: REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

If your claim is approved, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation. In many cases with damaged or misprinted items, you may not be required to return the product.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom, made‑to‑order items are generally non‑returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Final sale or promotional items (when marked as such) are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defects.

RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is requested and approved, we will let you know whether return shipping is required and who is responsible for shipping costs based on the specific case.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
